Try to bring one mixer/grinder as well of 110 Volts. They are also very expensive here.

@ sunrise9

Oh I have the mixer/grinder already..they're pretty affordable cos I get a discount through my cousin who works at Sears! :)

Each time I went to India, I imported each item :D

I hope not. I hope ND visa officers are working very hard as they realized how difficult it is for us to stay away from our spouses; lots of optimism!!!

really? i'm curious how much are they in india?
I always end up finding great deals at costco. last fall bought a mixer with all digital controls for $50. needless to say i love gadgets. best thing, my mom uses the coffee grinder for grinding her fresh masalay. lol
next step need to buy my wife an embroidery machine...that is pricey, everything is over a grand

@ maple of course cousins, friends, discounts are the best.

Hi all

I have a quick question, I logged onto my husband's ecas today and his home address is showing up as the canadian address which he gave when he was a PR. He obviously does not live there anymore, since he is india. Until now, everytime we log on to his ecas it would only show his india address as the mailing address, just today it was updated to his previous canadian address as his home address. How do we get this changed to his current india address? Can I do it online? Please help!!

Just wait for few days, and see if its getting updated...

We have heard many stories about wrong address showing up in E-CAS but it is correct in their files.

Hi Vengat

Thanks, but this is not the wrong address, it is just the address that they had on file since he was a PR in canada before, but his PR expired. They should show his indian address as his home address , am I right?

my wife's address disappeared too today.

Let us hope for some good news now.
