Siva is not...LOL

Yes ... you did not read "unless proven otherwise"

he has proved him self a south Indian.... shamsia as well !!!

Hahahaha @Kuku you know the funny thing is that some people have said that I remind them
Of Jennier Aniston! But don't see where that comes from.

Funny story- so was in a line at a shopping mall, and there were two young indian girls behind me, and I started talking to them about the item they were holding, and they saw my wedding red and gold chooda (I still have it on), and they are like "those are so pretty!! We have bangles like that in India too" and I'm like, "Yeah, ummm... I'm from India! Born, but not raised there" and they were like " :o you don't look Indian!!"

Don't know if that's a bad thing, but a lot of indian people don't recognize me as being indian! But I do fit the steretype... Dark hair, dark eyes :)

True about the punjabi population in Canada! I'll be adding on to it soon- Sikh, Punjabi here! :P

dark hair and dark eyes do not make you an Indian girl :P :P :P

The only thing that makes us Indian or say non Canadian is our accent. So if you were raised and studied in Canada and having a shiny white skin, you will look a non Indian lady/girl ( I dnt know your age :P)
On top of that you are punjbai so I believe your skin is quite fair and it becomes smooth after living canada for so many years....so I would not blame those girls :D :D

@kuku

now we know why you said that you dont have a problem waiting but your wife does :D

Kuku ji, I said stereotypes for Indian people, which is dark hair and dark eyes. Sad to say, but stereotypes do exist.

I do have light skin, but not sure about shiny! lol... Shiny means oily... which means acne...which means bad!

I don't live in Canada, and I have not visited there before. I live in the United States of America (where there are less Punjabi people, more ignorance and more stereotype). My husband lives in Canada, and he is my sponsor. I'm being sponsored from the New Delhi office, since I'm an Indian citizen (Jai Ho!)
