Hey.......... relax dear,

Its ok, they send all PCC request at same time, so its gonna take almost same time as you would have stayed in one country for 6 months or 10 countries.

Just keep smiling, feel good and time will pass quickly, if you are sad, whining .... even a small period of time will feel like years. So, just keep smiling as you always do.

Good Luck.

thnks hambzik...btw love ur footnote hahaha

yes, and again it depends on their mood, one person I know here have a business with revenue of over 10 mil if you convert to Canadian $$, he have at least $25,000 in saving account, other assts over CAD 2 Mil. they rejected his Visa twice saying that he dont have enough money to support himself during his visit to Canada. It was just a Visitor Visa he applied for last year to attend a wedding. hahaha..... so what they want, nobody knows.

@ hambzik and pandapenda:

Yes you are bang on the target dear...

Sometimes, showing a lot of money can be a nuisance.

I mean, think about it, your showing let's say $1 Million but according to your tax returns, you're just "earning" $250,000..so they'll really deny the visa..u know what im saying right

ok guys

Finally after cursing ND office for the entire day there is some news on my side

MY WIFE GOT PPR TODAY BY EMAIL ;D ;D

but it says that requesting a PP at this time does not guarantee a visa.It is just to expedite the process of visa issuance. :o :o

FYI her address disappeared on last friday and reappeared in 2-3 days !! :D :D

WOW Congrats pal, hopefully good news is on its way..

I know exactly what you are saying, however, he was a genuine case, he have all tax returns, personal and corporate and he is a wealthy person. He have at least couple of properties in Chandigarh, big business account and a good enough personal account, he been to other countries in Asia and Europe... its just that when they want to reject, they will, no matter what you do...

If I ever tell you why my case was rejected (dont ask though), you will shake your head and say, WTH..

must've been a shocker when got rejected

I wonder if the Tatas, Ambanis or Mittals ever get rejected..LOL

i dont think thats a problem too !!! I might have many other things in other countries which is giving me an income! Not necessarily you have to have a tax return in canada for that..
I showed a lot from my past income from USA although my Canadian tax return was 0.

In any case they cant deny the visa on that ground. They might ask for the evidence to prove that.

I dont know about them, however, I know some Businesspeople got rejected even when they have planned to start business and go there for inauguration. Its all a gong show.

Given that our application is getting on 5.5 months from receipt now with no word, I'm thinking about trying our luck an contacting ND - which raises the question, how have you all done it recently? Did you email the general inquiry email address, or file case specific enquiry? Any thoughts as to which is more appropriate in our situation (not yet 6 months, but getting close, with now word for past 3 months)?

Thanks, and let's hope processing/approvals pick up ASAP!

hey garudha,
its not even 6months for u...
u have to count 6months from the day ur file transfer to ND...
as u have written that ur file transfer early in sept so its not even 3months!!!!
