THAT SAD.
HOPE THIS WEEK THEY WILL BE STAMPING ATLEAST 5 VISA'S ;

Hi I need some help. On June 11th I was told on ecas that a decision has been made on my wifes application and they will be contacting her soon. She didn't recieve anything in the mail so In July I sent a case specific enquiry and I waited 28 days and didnt recieve anything in the mailbox. I call ND and they told me to email them at their other email and I did and I still haven't recieved a response as to what is causing the delay.

I called them again yesterday and the lady told me the same thing(email them) and I did what she told me but I dont want to wait for a reply, I want answers. I been very nice and patient andI thought ND would be at least honest with me.

I emailed them and they haven't emailed me back and thats not right.

mate how cud u wait so long after decison made, u or ur wife must go there personally as soon as u can otherwise this can take u to a big problem, as every1 know nd v well, they can give u any reason, tht they sent the pp but no 1 received it n then it came back or any damn reason which we cant even think, its very very hard to deal with them............try to go there in a day or two n take a photo id along with ppr n print out of the ecase saying decision made n print for the email u send them after dm(if they ask u tht why didnt u contact them u will have proof to shut their mouth)
or
talk to ur MP
but i wud say ur wife must visit nd personally asap

was it your decision made on sponsorship or parmanent residence??

This file is currently pending final review by the responsible processing team and a decision by the officer. As soon as the review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants in case any further documentation or information is required. If the officer is satisfied all requirements have been met, visas will be issued, following which we will return the passports to the applicant by registered mail. Kindly note that it can take several days for registered mail to reach its destination.

Please be advised that all statutory requirements must be met before we can issue visas. We therefore cannot provide you with a precise date by which this application will be finalized and the passports returned. Your continued patience is appreciated. We can assure you that we give the highest processing priority to cases which are ready for visa issuance for which passports have been submitted. Until we contact the applicant, either to request additional documents or information or to return the passports, we will not be able to respond to further enquiries.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

i don't think so that u need to wry abt anything...
ur file is under final review.. i m sure there will be no interview for u and they r ready to issue u visa....
hope u ll get ur passport with visa within 2weeks...

mate this is standered reply as fprince say copy paste but 1 thing is sure intial review is done everything is all right u cant have any interview or any doc req. now final stage is issuing u visa n god knows when will they do the final review n issue visa
