this is insane,what would you suggest any legit advise.

Ali you filed in April right, then your file must have reached India a month later, I thought its 6 months from the day your file reaches ND, not sure if they changed anything. I applied on March 1 and file reached ND on April 11, my 6 months will complete on Octoboer 11. I am going to my MP's office
this coming Friday to inquire. Has the 6 month rule changed?

hey ali bro ur case is at final stage......we have many guys who r at final stage n waiting for decision, bro patience is the only key i know it s v hard but we cant do anything no1 can speed up the process except ALMIGHTY
so pray....

TODAY I LOGGED IN 76 TIMES TO CHECK THE STATUS .

hello guys,
this is frustrating my wife is in india and almost crossing the time line.
i understand for other people taking time but shldnt be long for a women background check and more details.

for men i understand they interview and they do lots background check and all.

this is annoying this was the reason iam loosing patient.

anyway as you guys said no1 can help thats true

Applied - March 1
file reached ND - April 11
PPR - April 21
PPR sent - April 27, ND received my wife's PP April 29
Status change - June 3 (In Process)

My wife went to embassy to inquire about a month ago and they told her that they
neva got her medicals but then they found the medicals and told us now they will
work on our file, October 11 six months will be over. I have made an appointment with
MP's office for this coming Friday to send an inquiry. My lawyer has sent a few emails
and faxes but no reply. I will send them a thousand emails, faxes and have my wife visit
embassy again as we approach the deadline.

Have you done any sort of inquiry, why is ur Visa delayed?

they are so close to mine like my pp reached Delhi on 24 April which is close to your dates..

Mississauga never received our landing fee.so recently we came to know about this. we have faxed them receipt so may dis time they will update that on their system.because of this i am facing delay.
we went to mp even.he said everything is ok .only landing fee is left.
my 6 month time is going to over on 5 October i don't know wat's going on.

may i know where is your spouse in india and where you are from ??

ya 6 months are counted from the day your file landed new delhi. they told me.

your file reached New delhi on April 11 and it will be 6 months on October 11 and you dont have ur visa yet. Thats so painful.

I live in Surrey, BC and my wife is in New Delhi. Hopefully everybody gets Visa soon.
