yes guys fprince is right there is no credit check 4 our category till the time sponsored or sponsor doesnt have case in court against him 4 paying debt or he is not bankcrupt he is k, credit check is not even done for the sponsor as i have seen some person had bad credit n they sponsored there spouses .....

There is no CREDIT CHECK done for this class.
And moreover i do not recollect India having a CREDIT CHECK process to issue a Credit Card ( ablest not when i was there )

mate 6 months r counted frm the time since u get approval frm cpc m n if vo is doing bc they wont do anything in this case they cant speed up process so ............we have to have patience

omg..................long enough, hey guys app processing time is 6months naaaaa..............? mine app completed 4 month now in 5th month.........wt we can go if we didn't get visa not till 6month?

Same with me too, so myself, sunny123456 and Yug...ECAS address disappeared and two lines in the sponsor ECAS.

you should call Mississauga..because they always send an acknowledgement after receiving your landing fee... and due to postal strike during those day, ack can b misplaced too...so call them..only then you can get your proper status

I just called the CPC mississauga and they said that they haven't received my spouse's landing fees, which is really weird because i had already sent out the landing fees of $490 way back in may, 2011... Then i remembered that i mailed the landing fees document to CHC New Delhi instead of CPC mississauga..
I asked them and they said that you shouldn't send it to New Delhi office as they don't have any processing facility to process the payment..

So, they gave me a fax number (905-803-7392) to fax them the landing fees receipt which i did now.. The sad part is that it takes atleast 6 weeks for the information to appear on my file.. Also, she said that it may appear before that but she can't guarantee that.. So, i had faxed them the copy of receipt of landing fees..

I guess i will have to wait for 6 more weeks or if anybody knows if there is any process to speed up the processing of fees..

Also, when my wife went to ND office last week and they said they have received all her documents and don't anything else to make a decision.. When you don't see the landing fees on her file why don't you tell us??

my huuby faxed missisauga yesterday about landing fee as u know
i did the same to new delhi along with CSE
my hubby also went to see mp.. nd he is going to reply us coming monday...

hope all these things together are not making any bad impression on them...

more over i m planning to visit ND ....

its just so sad...
you know what...our story is same..my hubby paid it in April...but they people never got it...my hubby mailed the receipt to Mississauga as well...but due to postal strike during those days..i think it didn't reach the destination...
we did the same as you did for now..means faxed them..
tell your spouse to fax scanned receipt to new Delhi too and put case specific inquiry as well..it will speed up the process..
i have done both the things too...eevn if you have any doubt.. you can inbox me your problem..
don't worry..everythng will b fine..we all are in same boat
