we paid the fee when we applied, i mean when we send our file to missicauga...
now m jst waiting for m passport with visa...
its been 40days 2day after interview... got nothing yet!!!

ok...bt in my case..my husband was not aware...so he paid it wen they asked to send landing fee recipt along with pasport and pcc...so i guess...this is the reason..why i am facing a delay..bt dont knw abt u..did u again tried to contact dm??

Well, without the Passport you can not do medical. This is what i was told.
Do you have the PP? If you already sent the PP to ND you gotta wait for them to get back to you.

Now, how can she do a Xray now if she was pregnant when you applied? If the child is born now, did you add him to the application?

Abt that Jackass, he could be right you never know...with this office and what they do you can not predict.
Foreget what it says on CIC website..it never applies to ND in most cases.

The Passport has been sent to ND in March 2011. My wife does have her Passport copy and I will ask her to try to find out if she can have it done with just the copy.

As for my son, he was born in Canada as my wife was on a visit in Canada at that time. My son is a Canadian Citizen and I did add all of his details in the application. But obviously he does not need to go through the application process.

It will soon be 6 months since the application started processing. I will be contacting the MP here as well. Lets see if it helps.

This will be highly impossible ..but all the best.

They are very strict with the requirements for medicals.

i don't think that make nay difference or delay 2 ur case if u didn't pay landing fee before...
as when they send m passport req they ask me to pay landing fee as well but i told them i already paid...
i think BCOZ of student visa's there is delay in our cases, i hope this month we all ll get visas who has been waiting for long...
