Thank you so much for replying. I had a query. My wife's passport has been with CHC ND since 21st June and we were not asked for any extra documents. So my question is that what could be going on? Its been over a month since they have her passpport.gwalyat said:HEY MATE WELCOME TO THIS FORM AS FAR AS I HAVE NOTICE MOST OF THE TIME INTERVIEWS R DONE IN 2ND MARRIAGE CASE OR IF MARRIAGE IS MISMATCH LIKE DIFF RELIGION OR BIG DIFF IN AGES......

same thing for my cousin sister too....fprince said:Gagan,Nylalisa, Brin - funny, i login to ecas now with the client ID and i do not even see the sponsorship/PR application..all it shows is my citizenship application.
If i login with her File # - no data...
ecas looks messed up.
This is normal...this office requests PP soon and the process the file later in most cases.neelkanth said:Thank you so much for replying. I had a query. I am worried abt the meds ... The ecas still doesnt mention anything abt them.. Do u remember nddec's case..??? She gt her meds done in Canada and ND screwed up the case...My PPR asked for 3 things- ppt, meds if nt already done and RPR fees if nt already paid.. Thats the standard PPR req that everyone has been getting.. No additional meds request after that..then i gt another PPR in the end of June with a send in date of 8 aug.. no meds requested there either.. nw I am thinkin of sendin a CSE inquiring abt meds.. n hope to get a reply ..
as far as a rep is concerned, we hired him as my husband did nt want to take any chances and moreover, he is my father in law's very gud fren..
btwn, hws everythin goin with u??? has ur wife settled in???

The average on this forum i would say is 2-3 months PP back with Visa..however, in some cases they have held the PP for more than 3 months.
Good luck and nothing to worry, it is too early for you to start worrying at this point.
fprince said:Hi Manisha,
All is fine and she is settling in and thanks for asking.
I do remember his case, listen....i think if you do your medicals in Canada ( a DMP in canada tokd me this ) that it takes like 3-6ish weeks for the Blood test to reach Ottawa.
She told me that the blood sample has to go to the Canadian Blood bank and it is a streamlined process and there is a small delay when it comes to the blood sample..however the xray and TB results do reach Ottawa in 2 weeks or so...
So am just thinking that your Medicals could be on its way and ND should receive it from Ottawa soon.
Your 2nd PPR should have been a processing error on ND's part and i think since they did not ask for medicals in the 2nd letter they should have got the medical file from Ottawa.
No issues with your rep...and i think all is good, just confused..why do yo u want to send a CSE now?
I am not sure if they will respond to any inquires regarding the status of medicals.manisha10 said:Yes, the second PPR did nt ask for meds.. I submitted my pp late.. Around a month n a half after first PPR.. That's y rcvd a 2nd req.. The second one had a deadline of 8 aug..
I gt my meds done in Jan 11 in mississauga.. N filed the case in apr.. So I m assuming meds shd ve reached by now.. That's y I m worried.. Or maybe I m missing my husband so just gettin anxious abt the visa..
Was thinking of sending CSE inquiring the status of meds.. Do u think it would be a gud idea.. My file has been with ND for almost 2 n a half months nw..
Manisha -manisha10 said:The reason I am really worried is coz some time back a member of this forum said that she gt her meds done in Toronto while on tourist visa but ND was nva able to locate her meds as they thot they wld come from India.. Its almost been 2 and a half months since ND has my file.. I ve nt rcvd any req for meds thou.. but I am hoping they are not repeating the same thing again.. And, ND is really slow ths days coz of student visas I guess.. I ll contact my rep tomm and hope he would be able to help..
anyways, wen did u file ur app?? and when did u receive PPR??

I think you have made a mistake in your spreadsheet while entering my details. The passport was received by ND on 21st June and you have written 21st July.
