I was just wondering for the interview questions, they can only ask questions that are in the application, cause if they ask anything out of the application they won't have a way to confirm the answer..right? is that how it works?

Most of the questions are from the application. But I'm sure they might ask a few out of the context to check your comfor level, if they are need more assurance.
