4 hours before she received it in the mail.

visa issued may 2 and arrived may 6.

So my wife received a reply today for the 2nd CSE she sent on April 14,2011.
The email this time was from a person@international.gc.ca but the content was generic.
They have asked her to send her Passport to New Dehi, no other details.

Back in Jan/Feb i remember one more member being asked for PP through email and one applicant was reached on the phone for the PPR.
I have to go back and check now..since i don't have a PPR, i think she will have to send it with the email as proof...not sure if i should send anything else other than the PP.

Hope this is a positive sign after waiting for more than 5 months now....

This seems like you are very close bro, email request in my opinion is a good idea, and yes print the email, also if you have a print out of the CSE when you submitted would also be good, include a coverpage explaining the details of what has gone down (wrong!) I hope you get what you want bro, I'm still not sure if I should move you to the BLUE zone.

I hope my PPR comes to my wife tomorrow morning I am being positive, and please God make it happen!!!!!

Also sometimes I tell my self,,,, or ask my self... is ND really checking and reading everyones cases? I'm sure they overlook a lot of things, I didn't include any bills, only the hotel bill, the call logs, no emails, about 8 sets of photos marking all the ceremony... and at one point I was gonna call "HONEYMOON CEREMONY" lol

My application was very simple....no email or phone proofs or bills

I sent only around 10-12 photographs....marriage certificate copy and one page story about our arranged marriage from starting point to marriage ceremony.....no reception....no honeymoon....thats all.

I can not conclude what ND looks in an application or a case.

This a very good development. I think they will issue your visa quickly as you are approaching the 6 month timeline.

Mention the file number and client ID on the e-mail printouts that you will send them.

Hey bro how far is your case? I'm still awaiting that magical PPR, I wonder if its got lost in the mail or not? We both have same dates for our files!

I hope not... my wife had a dream about letter being lost, so I interpreted the dream as "you think too much about the letter, and it means it has lost.. but it will be here by tomorrow"
