It is 6 months from when ND received the file, i.e. Application Received. If you got a letter from CPC-M about the fee, that means they have received it and they should have conveyed about it to ND.jaskiran said:can anyone tell me , do we have to calculate 6 months from sponsorship approval or from the date it was sent to CPC M......even i paid the RpRfee later when my husband got the letter......but i got a letter on 2nd feb from CPCM that they have received the fee......does that mean they have conveyed to ND......when i check the ecase....it still says...we started processing ur file on jan 13, 2011.......its almost 4 months since they have received the pp.....
I haven't signed up coz I'm not comfortable giving out my personal details to a third party website. It takes me 5 seconds to open up the login page (on my Favourites bar) and about 15 seconds to fill out the info, so I'd rather do that than give out my info to a third party website.HopefulWaiting said:Has anyone signed up on e-cas Tracker? I am scared to give the website my personal information. However, it is rather annonying checking CIC website 4-5 times a day. Perhaps I should jsut check once every evening...but this is easier said than done...
Did you send "Demand Draft"? If you are in Canada, that is not a payment option. Demand Drafts are only a mode of payment if you live "exclusively" out of Canada. Hope you meant somehting else and not Demand Draft as that could certainly complicate your case a little.meateater said:Thanks for the info... we were too late to realize it.
Saddest part is that they don't even confirm that they have received the Demand Draft in the mail or not.
I second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth.................that.senshalu said:Not much good news today..ND SUCKS..
Yikes, that sucks. I really hope you get your PP back with the shiny visa before you return.senshalu said:Hope so I came to india to take my wife with me and my indian visa expiring on this 29 th. I really hope she will get her visa before that so i can take her with me.
thanks....my husband's medical will get expire on 27th may,......she we redo the medical?avibis said:It is 6 months from when ND received the file, i.e. Application Received. If you got a letter from CPC-M about the fee, that means they have received it and they should have conveyed about it to ND.
However, to be safe, just call up the Call Centre and ask them if they have let ND know about the fee. This should clear up anything that is stuck anywhere and ND would be aware that the fee has been paid.
Did you tried contact/email them.. I guess they might have sent you PPR already, and postal delivery / misplaced... as in my case its now showing In Process but we sent passport just yesterday as PPR took almost 1 month to reach us (postal department fault).. so I would suggest you can ask them or personally visit them 11-12..fprince said:Gagan ji,

6 months from the date the file was received in ND, not file transfer.jaskiran said:can anyone tell me , do we have to calculate 6 months from sponsorship approval or from the date it was sent to CPC M......even i paid the RpRfee later when my husband got the letter......but i got a letter on 2nd feb from CPCM that they have received the fee......does that mean they have conveyed to ND......when i check the ecase....it still says...we started processing ur file on jan 13, 2011.......its almost 4 months since they have received the pp.....
Contacted them through CSE and no reply for the last 3 weeks.airforcerally said:Did you tried contact/email them.. I suggest you do medicals and keep it handy, they might ask you to re do it as the visa will expire the day the medicals expire.jaskiran said:thanks....my husband's medical will get expire on 27th may,......she we redo the medical?
Why I am saying is.. sometime letter misplaced and may not reach.. and ND would think they sent a letter but applicant didn't send passport. As per ND's current trends.. they would send PPR in 5-10 days once they receive application/file (most of cases I noticed).. so better check with them.. give it try.. all the bestfprince said:Contacted them through CSE and no reply for the last 3 weeks.
A PPR can not take 4 months to reach me
Meeting them in person needs a VALID DELAY, and the usual answer they will give is " it has not been 6 months yet" and send you back home..i would have done this everyday if my wife was in ND..but going all the way from Chennai to Delhi and playing this gamble is kinda tricky at this time..my wife wants to wait until its into month 5 to go to ND...until then have to hope..it will come anyday.

If I'm not mistaken, your passport is with CHC. You need your passport to do medicals. You will need to wait for them to send it back to you and ask you to do medicals again.jaskiran said:thanks....my husband's medical will get expire on 27th may,......she we redo the medical?
