I hope so too, and I do have the postive feelings, if you read my earlier post I did mention, I'm just getting positive vibes about the PPR being with the IPS.

I did just quickly check to see how far Delhi is from SURAT and ORISSA and seems APPROX 1300KM (SURAT) 1500KM (ORISSA)

You are farther than I'm but distance doesnt mean anything, how efficient are the postal lines when it comes to taking mail from one city to next.

DNT2003

I hope your PPR is with IPS. But I don't think distance has anything to do with time taken. My wife is in New Delhi and still it took 8 days for her to receive the PPR.

WOOHOO!! Mine says Decision Made and Someone will contact - though am happpppppy, excited and positive - may be the experienced can throw some light - When it says Decision made - does that always mean positive?

Also - someone help me with flight searching pls - i am planning to travel in June first week but the prices seems to be sky high :(

Thanks to everyone for the wishes and support and wish every one a happy n speedy process :)

Congrats svinjam, now just wait for that shiny piece of paper ;)

I think Decision Made is positive sign. I doubt they will decline anyone without an interview, but I can't say for sure.

As for flight, I think someone here had suggested www.skyscanner.net and I have seen some quite good prices in there. Of course it all depends on your dates.

Hey Guys,

Would like to extend my congratulations to all those who received their visas recently. The reunification with your loved ones will be so sweet and hopefully the agony of the wait will soon be forgotten. Congratulations!!!!!

Also, would like to welcome myself to this wonderful thread. I have observed from the side lines for a couple of months and learned quite a bit from this thread. Thank you all for that. The support that you provide each other is truly amazing.

Seems like New Delhi was working very hard before closing for the 4 day long weekend. Let's hope we all get some updates with our files in the coming days.
