and about passport..its not expired i was talking about police clearance check for passport which was valid until application was submitted ..now passport pcc is expired ...would it make a difference in issuing ppr ?

Trend is 2-6 weeks for PPR if you are lucky and the file is really & phyically in Delhi.

What do you mean by Passport exipred? PCC should be valid at the time of applying.
If the passport is expired they will not issue a Visa on a expired passport.
Clarify what you meant by that statement.

There is nothing known as a passport pcc..it is just a PCC.
A PCC from India is valid for 6 months even though a lot of us believe it is 3 months.
You should be ok.

It says on 14th april we made decision on XXXXX .....APPLICATION AND WE WILL CONTACT APPLICANT.............

APPLICATION SUBMITTED ON FEB 8 2011.............

DECISION MADE ON 14th APRIL 2011..........

TOTAL TIME IS 65 days .............

Hello Everyone

My application was

recieved on March 15, 2011 by Mississauga Centre

Application in process from April 13, 2011 ( Letter said sent to New Delhi )

Status is currently Decision Made as Spousal Sponsership Application..

Anyone know when i should hear from ND ? its April 25th, 2011 now ??? :


p.s My husband already has medical done ahead of time which was filed with application. But his passport & personal PCC is expired by now

Also - someone help me with flight searching pls - i am planning to travel in June first week but the prices seems to be sky high

I have been following your thread for sometime and found very useful to find time line for individual applicants. I am writing in regard to give you my update and timeline. I have just received my e-case change to "Decision Made".

Here, I am giving you my timeline for your future references.
Application received: 19th January 2011.
File transfer: 14th Feb 2011. (AOR received via E-mail)
PPR: 3rd March, 2011
Application In prograss: 17th March 2011.
Decision Made: 22nd April 2011.

I hope given timeline will be helpful for your future references and wishing you all applicants very "Best of luck"
