I just checked the automated phone service for cic...to see if it would give me more info then my ecas..it told me they sent it to the visa office new delhi april.4.....how long do you think it will take for myself to recieve a AOR? AND DO U RECIEVE THE AOR BEFORE THE PPR?
im really worried because I the sponsor am also put as my husbands representive so when they send the letter for PPR it can take a very long time for me to recieve it ..here in canada is it true

Trend for AOR - 2-4 weeks since file transfer, no post, just updated in ecas as app received.
Not sure about PPR, 90% of domectis ppl get it within 2-3 weeks of file opening in Delhi..so if that is the case, you can expect it within 4-6 weeks.

We got a status update on ECAS. Status changed to Decision made on Sponsorship. They are saying that they started processing the letter on April 7th and sent us a letter regarding our application on April 7th. Hopefully the decision will be positive. Will we get more information about the decision by calling CIC number?

Congrats, you will receive the letter on Monday saying you have been approved. Calling them won't help as they are closed today i think, just wait for one more day and usually the letter comes to you within 3 days and in this case we had a weekend..so Monday/Tues for sure buddy

YESSS YOU HAVE BEEN APPROVED AS WELL....JUST 3 DAYS AFTER ME OUR CASES SHOULD BE V ERY CLOSE TOGETHER.....SINCE MINE WAS DECISION MADE APRIL.4.... IF U CALL THE LINE IT WELL TELL YOU 1888 242 2100

AND IF YES...DID YOU GUYS RECIEVE THE MAIL FOR PPRS FROM NEW DELHI? OR EMAILS? OR ANYTHING....
