This is only for People who live in Quebec. They have an additional step to get a CSQ( Quebec Selection Certificate)
Quebec has its own way of selecting immigrants.
I have no idea why it was update dnow, we already got CSQ in Dec and it was also confirmed by ND that they have received a copy of our CSQ.

this is ridiculous....like who would like to see the information updated in the sponsor column???? lol.....i guess all of us would like to see "decision made" under the applicant status....

Receipt number - i was using this before i found my client ID, so should be similar to the Client ID

Since you might have gone through these stages, can you please tell me when does one receive the following:

Client ID: (assuming after I receive the letter in the mail regarding sponsorship approval)?
File ID: (assuming when my wife receives her PPR)?

I could be wrong, but I think it was Applied03, though he's gotten approved on 12th of Feb, PM him and ask him.

Client ID - In the sponsorship approval letter. If you became a PR in canada then you should see your client ID on your PR Card or COPR/Landing papers.
File ID - Usually first letter from Delhi has this info
