sanyrog they havno updates after even the holidays...............what the hell they r doing?????????????/this wait is sooooooooooo painfull..................

Yes applied03 its so frustrating and painful. I am really hoping that we need not ve to wait for another 2 or 3months for our visa ((

It may not be fair guys to be seperated from the people we love, but it's always woth it to be with your spouses. And keep in mind, if you have a straight forward case, Delhi is actually one of the fastest VO offices ryt now. Count your blessings you are in Nairobi or Dubai for processing where its 25+ months. Even Pakistan is more than a year close to two.

This is my opinion...whether u wait 2 mths or 6 mths or 1 yr it is always a long wait when u r separated frm ur true love n best friend. And if u have kids together it feels like an even longer wait They do something new n different every day. I know that other countries have longer processing time but really u r only going to think of ur own - Im sorry to say! Thats what really matters. Well to me it does. Also i think when u r as close as Sanyrog is & others who have rec'd ppr - all they think about it getting it back stamped!!!! ....it will feel like such a long wait while they wait to hear any word. If u know what i mean. i do count my blessings that i lived w/ my hubby frm marriage up to fairly recently (2.5 yrs) n even in the midst of our separation now, we have been lucky to see eachother quite a bit with him coming here twice on visa. Then me n our kids going to India soon to visit him. Others dont have opportunity. That must b really hard n wait seems even longer. Days feel longer w/o ur significant other at ur side. I also think that because PR visa isnt a right - not all will get it...so its natural ppl worry ..they think to themselves will i get it or not...so it makes waiting harder because theres no guarantee. You never know what the end result will b. I have a straightforward case ..Well, id like to think i do lol but u never know.

There is no need to take offense, if you have ever seen any of my posts then you will realize I try to be as optimistic as possible. Worry only makes this seem so much longer. And thats in my opinion only, and I like others do alot of it. I am always thinking well it could be worse and my day is coming. I am in the same boat as everyone else, where I am missing my spouse as well. I don't have kids but suffered a miscarriage and was alone without him, so trust me I GET IT. I won't get to see him again until I am finished school, so I always try to keep some sort of positive outlook on things and wasn't trying to minimize what anyone is going through in this forum. We who have spouses abroad and are at the mercy of other people for approval are all stuck in this together. I think we all come to this forum for answers and support. I am sorry if my post came off as anything different. I always say that in these times, look for the small blessings. Anyways sorry again!!!

Sorry for the double post, but also wanted to say best of luck to everyone and once you have ppr, you are in the home stretch!!! I pray that everyone hears soon. I'm in the beginning stages so I hope I hold it together months down the road as well as everyone has here, it's a difficult road to go down when you decide to marry a foreign national.

U dont need to appologize! i didnt take offense! i just stated my opinion as per ur msg when u said count ur blessings because we r dealing w/ Delhi. Even tho we (Delhi) have the shortest waiting time- the wait will still seem too long ...for me anyways! It doesnt matter how short or long a wait is - it will always feel TOO long when u really want something or someone=) And like i said when u r close/ or near the end like some ppl r above, u dont want to wait anymore!! U r absolutely correct Nylaslisa worrying may make the wait seem longer. Its hard not to worry. Its hard when they dont communicate well ...the embassies i mean (so i have heard)..Well, Im sure u understand all of the above as u r too waiting for ur loved one to come!!! kids or no kids It doesnt matter Either way u just dont want to wait it out even if u have to lol And even for me -who has lived w/ my spouse frm marriage up til fairly recently - Ive never been apart for long frm him..the wait for me is still long and even when i go visit my spouse soon for 5 mths - the wait will still b too long n i'll b with him haha I wont b satisfied til he gets PR & more over LANDS!! Then i know we'll be together always!! No separation ever. I think the wait should b shorter than 6 mths too...haha...Does it really take that long to process a PR visa..dont think so..they r not working on it every day... I know they have a lot to do but not enough to take them 6mths surely. Oh well.

U guys have just mentioned whatever I feel. I totally concur. Its the same feeling we all have. Whether its 1day or 1week or 1month or 6months, we still miss our spouses. That too, when its so uncertain and when we dono when we l get the visa, until we get our ppt back!!! So painful! As ppl say ND is the fastest, these days its not so, as they delay so much to issue PPR itself. U can see tat from many of our timelines. Lets hope that we all get our visas asap.

Guys, who are waiting for visa for more than 3months, after sending ur ppts..

any idea why such a delay? did u guys send any enquiry to delhi?

The reason for delay is coz ND staff works like crap.If CIC can approve an application in one month from whole Canada so why can't ND office finalize an application in one month or max. 2 months.
Why is it taking 6 months for nothing?Why don't they open another VO or a suboffice just to process spouse Visa for speedy process.Its all a conspiracy as they have a Quota and they have set number of visas to issue for every month.
We can only hope that ND staff stop being ass bags and start working hard.
How long does it take to check all paperwork and issue a visa,whats the point of having a police clearance if they are still spending years to do bsckground check,all those ridiculous systems.

Rightly said applied03. We dont have any other option other than just patiently waiting. Its like, our applns are put inside a black box, and sealed enuf, n we dono whats happening to it. They dont send meaningful replies to our case specific enquiries also. Its so painful

yes very right they dont send exact replies to our queries u know na what they replied me after ppr..............so now i dont even hav courage to inquire them about my passport god knows what would they reply n make me scared................

Yes I rem, as it happened to me also. They had sent my PPR on Dec 2nd itself, but on Dec 17th, they are replying saying they havent even received my appln 4m CPC-M. Instead of telling the exact status, they send some reply, which scares us instead of providing some info!!!! so.. best way is, we shud just wait wait wait.. which I cant afford to do it, anymore ??? ???

The fact that i have heard they dont communicate properly troubles me the most. Is it just ND or other embassies too. Ive read responses on here to case specific enquiries n they r not meaning thats true sanyrog. Also I read on CIC website that they wont respond to little stuff at all like if u change ur addy ...too bad because it would b nice to kno if they got it n changed it. Little things go a long way. They would help in this way.

Well, hope u all get ur visas stamped in pp soon. Esp ones who have been waiting the longest.. i can imagine how it must feel now ...waiting...when u r near the end,
