hi my sister in laws name is spelt wrong on the ecas and the spousal letter. my brother is sponsoring her. how much of a problem is this? it is in delhi right now.

It is indeed a problem...Get it rectified before landing to avoid a major headache later...Thats just my piece of advice...

But little updates on my end, i approached MP yesterday and got these feedback

Please be advised that we have received everything on this application and expect to finalise it soon. The decision and the passport will be mailed to the applicant through registered post soon. Till then, she is requested to await our contact.

What do you think about these Srini.....any suggestions

Nani...My experience and instincts tell me that they might have already made a decision and just waiting on Criminal Checks and or the Bring Fwd Date to be available to issue the Visa and send the PP back to you...


Hold on till next Friday and you should be there...

How are you guys...Was off the forum for a while to wrap up my work...I am leaving for INDIA today night from Toronto to be back with wifey....

Am all excited for the return trip...

Excited about my trip aboard the Airbus A380 as well....
