My spouse recieved a letter in the mail from New Delhi. Wanting all our facebook records, emails, letters, and skype convos. We have all of the things ready. How long will it take from here.

i didn't submit any phone bills, or internet conversations as my immigration lawyer told me not to.

thank you. i hope we get our visa by june. I'm leaving to india on the 4th to recieve him. i'll extend my ticket for 6 months if i have too!

Hello kiwinijjar,

small advice, send everything available to prove your relationship, like more wedding photos, emails, phone details and even wedding cd, so that no-one will come to you for more information, I was asked for more photos initially and that could be one reason why my application got delayed this much.

So basically, my husband's long travel history did not delay the case, but he traveled back and forth only for work.
