As travel history relates to principal applicant. Please attach to spouse application may be after back ground information of the spouse

I filed my application on 20th April 2012.I have send it by registered post CPC-Mississuaga will receive the same by Monday evening Lastest.

CAn anyone tel me what wil the next step now will CPC inform me about receipt of Documents

Hey guys,

Update: Since I wasn't getting the call from my MP, I decided to go to her office yesterday evening. I met with the PA of the MP and after explaining to her why i was at the MP's office, she went inside and brought some paper and then started to tell me this.

"We have rec'd an update from ND VO on Tuesday and just about 2 hrs back we got another one. (Looking into the paper in her hands) Everything looks quite good...Security, Background and Criminality checks are done and no problems with them. Medicals were rec'd and they're still valid until Dec, 2012. The Next Bring Forward Date (BFD) is on Apr 25th, 2012. So by next week you should be hearing some positive news"

She didn't give me that paper though. This news made me feel better. Hoping what she said is into action next week.

Thats the update for now. Hoping each one of you get some updates on your files.

well i just take it back to remedical n pcc as bith were expired n i know these idiots will ask me at the end n ll waste my time(will send them my pp v soon next week) i dont want them to waste my more time

my wife is more happy to stay here with my family instead of going out so we will not go so far.....

P.S Year 2011 CHC ND has issued only 4118 Visas and 771 applications rejected (Spouses/Children) !

hey sbdelhi...MP stands for Member of Parliment...when there are delays in your spousal sponsorship, you may contact your local MP (google) and ask them to find out what is happening to your file and help in anyway they can to accelerate the process

you should contact your local mp...i would look up their office address and pay them a personal visit.

as my 6 months in ND are not up yet...i am choosing to wait and see

waiting for the day ND starts issuing a couple of visas every week.....just like it was doing in feb!
