Can you tell me why they take longer? Do they contact someone in UK? This seem ridiculous.

Was there any communication from ND for you after your interview in Sep-26 ??

I have no idea what kind of background check they do. My lawyer assured me it doesn't take longer but then this is what I have observed. My husband also has UK travel history + more countries. But you can not take my timeline into consideration since we were asked to submit additional docs and that also must have delayed our case....

basically kiwinijjar all i am trying to say is don't expect too much...set your deadline far off and if your work happens earlier superb that way you don't set yourself up for disappointment like I did

well i just take it back to remedical n pcc as bith were expired n i know these idiots will ask me at the end n ll waste my time(will send them my pp v soon next week) i dont want them to waste my more time

my wife is more happy to stay here with my family instead of going out so we will not go so far.....

yes our best wishes are always with you Abhi. we are here to help each other and make this process easier for new applicants. (which is very-2 complicated in reality ) just send it now and dont forget to double check all forms, signatures and most important ""photocopy each and every page of your application,(PCC and medical receipt also) for interview and worst situation (dont want to mention that situation ) dont worry everything will be fine. send by courier so you can track your package.

Till today morning my status was reflecting as "Applicatoin Received" now it again changed back to "In Process".

Could experts and friends please advice me whethere its a good sign or not??

i am in waiting game

hi, my wife's passport is submitted to new delhi on 7th march for spouse visa then they require for more papers (her past divorce petition and judgement) .
she sent that documents on 28th march .
she had mutual divorced and now i am in waiting game.

others who have gone through ND please share your timelines.

I'm hoping that too.. They also has received my Passport, my new PCC and new MEdical this morning only.

They only received it today at 10.20 and when i checked my status approx 2 hours back it got changed to "In Process", how it is possible.
is it because i have sent all my docs F.A.O my Visa Officer? and He received it right away??

When it's going to be my Decision Made????????? God please help me...

Were there any queries that you been called for an Interview??
What did the Officer told you at the end of the Interview??? (what would be next step)
