yeah i know man, i did make sure that i gave them the details with my application. Was a straightforward honeymoon package from makemytrip.com
and chartered flight tickets reserved for makemytrip.com. I don't think i can give him more details than that, even if he asks now.

BTW what details did he ask for from u ? like documents or interview about ur trip on the phone?

they Sent me Format of letter in Three table like 1) visited country name 2) visited period 3) purpose of visit

Contradiction to your statement "guys leave their wives" I know a case where a girl used this way to get her bf to Canada.

A story goes like this..Oscar wining story

A below average looking guy got married to a very good looking girl and they stayed together for almost 2 years, after which that "Canadian PR holder" girl came back to India, demanded a divorce for no obvious reason and later that guy ( the poor husband) found out that she had a bf back home and she was in contact with him through out those 2 years.

Now the the worst part of the story - that guy had sacrificed his own study ( did a labor job instead) and spent thousands of dollars after his wife's graduate full time course without asking her to help financially towards her own study fees. She finished her study, got very nice job which was paying much better then her husband and then left him only to get her bf from India.

I do not know what happened after that but I feel sorry for that guy. He is my Bro's friend.

So moral of the story

Feel sorry for the guy to be conned by the girl. What goes around comes around, we all have our comeuppance, yet we think we can get away with people like that *sigh*.

I hope so..it's just one of those days..I was trying to fix the lock to my bedroom door and I couldn't fix it and I was so frustrated at doing a "man's job" (although I know in this day and age, anyone can do anything that the opposite sex does except for two exceptions, for women: Pee on the wall and for men: give birth, hahahahaha)

And then the phone rings and the hubby is on the phone and I just bust out sobbing like a kid and there, end of story...sigh

just needed to bitch about it...I usually don't let my guard down but I guess, today is an exception.

I can understand. For all our strength, deep down we want to be cherished and taken care of by our guys I have done that a few times myself and boy does it feel good

really poor and low mind act is that using feeling of someone by being someone special

Immigration department should identify such people and should ban for further rights of sponsorship

or some rule should be there that person being sponsored cannot sponsor any spouse for next .......say 10 or more years

this may definitely help CIC for reducing marriage fraud

real sympathy for the people who suffered.....

Hey Guys,

I always forget to ask about this! I did not change my last name to my husbands... YET, do you think that would change anything in the process of my application in ND?? I hope they won't question or mind that I have not changed my last name yet. In the modern day, a lot of women actually end up keeping their maiden name, and never changing it. I just thought it would be such a hassle to legally change my surname, I would have to change it on my passport, driver's license, bank accounts, etc.... so I thought I'd do this once I settle into Canada. 'Am I the only one?

Changing Last name is an old fashion .............and makes no difference in the immigration process .............rather it increase the headache and documents throughout the life...........

dude that is a form in the appendix that u need to fill with the application. may be it got misplaced from them or u forgot to fill it.
that form was a part of the application package for me. may be they just introduced it when u filed (bad luck?)
