Hello dear forum members, I would like your help to understand this family sponsorship process that I started few months ago. I am living in Quebec, and sponsoring my wife that is outside of Canada, I sent my App on 14SEP 2015 and by end of November we got the sponsorship approval and also the CSQ.
In the email sent we were told that our application was sent to Accra and that we should send the medical exam to Accra visa office which was done by the end of November.
If I login to check the status of the application I see
1) They have received our application for Permanent Resident on sep14, 2015
2) They started processing the application on December 11, 2015.
Since the medical was sent, I tried to contact them AVO to see if they have received it, but got the auto reply from and still waiting to hear from them, any advice how I can contact them?
Because this silence is getting me anxious b/c a friend of mine is in the same situation since October 2014, and still did get a word from them where I can see in this forum many that started their App after him got the Visa.
