Hi all, ticket prices are very high so please shop around. On another note does anyone know how long it takes for the office to return the passports via dhl ?

So far on this thread, it takes about 2-3 weeks to receive the passport back with the visa.

March 1st is a day to remember for us. My husband and I are extremely pleased to let you guys know that PPR arrived few moments ago. Glory and honor be to God almighty. How grateful we are to him. Truthfully we were not expecting this today. He actually did the Medicals yesterday......we are filled with joy and excitement.

Just got on the thread today to catch up and this is such a wonderful news. I'm so so happy for you.

Ok guys, what are the chances of vistor visa for my spouse while the sponsorship is in process, i am a December applicant... i want know what my chances for that and if anyone has gone thru that path.

we applied for a visiting visa and she was denied on the basis of "employment and financial status" 5 days later we got PPR. So in applying for a visiting visa, your spouse must have concrete evidence that he/she has ties to his/her home country. Work, properties etc will help. People do get visiting visas while they are applying for spousal sponsorship.

Thanks for the reply, but they have given us a date to purchase our ticket by. So if it takes 2-3 weeks the time will have expired.

Check the CIC website for apporved clinics in London. There are about 9 London clinics listed. Follow the link and select England.
