Whwen you are coming near the expiry of medicals, send them an email and tell them the amounts you spent on the medicals and police report and tell them you don't want it to go to waste. And you would be very grateful if they could give a decision. That's what we did. We emailed them Monday, with a copy of our new passport and Tuesday we got these emails. They do reply so Lamour I think you should go for it and tell them that you don't want to redo since it just expired 3 weeks ago. Let's see what they say. Everyone, send emails. And remember to sign the petition too. Later!

Apologies for my absenteeism lately.
New job, new challenge and new schedule....long story short....busy busy busy.

@benestel, congratulations. You will get PPR latest Friday.
I know someone that received same email on a Tuesday like this and PPR came that same week on Friday.
I am happy for you.

Until now, we have heard nothing from AVO. Medicals have expired since December 15th and still nothing.
Well, we are waiting patiently and praying earnestly.

Again, congratulations. Start shopping for flight ticket.

Hello Girlfriend! I am not sure what your lawyer is saying but I like doing things myself. That's why i never use lawyers for immigration matters. But i would advise you go to the MP's office. Trust me: IT HELPS. It is still showing in process for now. Does anyone know ow long it takes to issue the visa?

it takes close to 2 weeks sometimes is not up to that.

2 weeks is quite lengthy. I noticed that others have an average of 5 business days. They gave us till Mid-February for him to leave. According to our word of power! It shall be less! God is great!
