Thanks Lamour and Ghanaboy2.my wife and I have written to them severally ,yet no response .for over 2 months we have been writing .I am tired of writing and not geting response so I stopped.I have done my best .let God finish the rest.it's well.
I can't give them what doesn't exist and they can't authorise Gambia police force to change their certificate type.its their choice to make it that way.Canada and Gambia are different and so do their character certicifate is.whether they like it or not, that's the way it is and will always be.they can delay me but they can't waste me!

Try ordering your GCMS notes so that you can see the concern of the visa officer

The GCSM is not necessary. He has already asked me to provide the police clearance certificate.and I did.any concern he has should be resolved between him and the Gambia police force .if he thinks the certificate is not good enough, let him get a third party or travel to the Gambia as I did and meet the Gambia force to check for himself .I even put phone numbers and email address he can use to contact the police in the Gambia .so for the GCSM note is not important .I already know his concern.thanks for your suggestion.meanwhile I have talked to my mp.they are working on it now.trying to get much information and know what's going on.then fix the issue .thanks Ghana boy

@ Femi990, I hear you loud and clear. It is unimaginable and painful to realize that I will not be celebrating this Christmas and New Year with my wife. In few days to come, some of these Immigration officers will be coming home (to Canada) to celebrate the Holidays with their family members and love ones, but they continue to separate us from our love ones all in the name of "your application is in process", what an Irony.
It is so unfortunate how AVO treat applicants from West Africa. I seriously pray that there could be a shake up in that office. Some of the officers there have been tooooooooo complacent and not demonstrating compassion with how they discharge their duties. I am a January applicant and I am still waiting. On daily basis My wife and I are just taking it a day at a time and we a are just learning how to find positive experience from this frustrating process. Good luck guys.

Congratulations Vivichi ! I am very happy for you. I have resolved that I will not be spending Christmas with my hubby, but I'm at least happy to have been able to write a very heart felt letter to Mr Trudeau 'S office and the minister of immigration for Canada. To investigate the AVO Accra because something just is going on there.
I continue to pray for all to reunite with their loved ones...stay blessed!
