Good day house & a very happy new year to everyone!
So I got my wife to order notes back in December, 8 to be precise. Then we got this email from them yesterday requesting a consent form... after a month? I just don't get it... why didn't they just request for it after we made the request and they had to wait a whole month! Does that mean now that they will take another month to process it if we finally send in the "consent form"?
