They say they got everything (fees and medicals and proof of relationship). But everything is not started (criminal, background, medical, Elligibility).

I was expecting some progress, but nope

Hello everyone,

I just received my notes from CIC.

Well this is my 3rd order. The second one was on December 2nd and this one was on Jan 21.

I'm sad to say that both notes look exactly the same. No progress at all. None. Zip. That's very disappointing.

They've had the file since Oct 27, almost 4 months and nothing. Last year people were getting SOMETHING from that office 2-3 months after SA and file transfer.

I've given up on Feb and maybe even March.

Take it easy,imagine i had to keep checking on cic everyday or week expecting to hear something,dnt you think the journey would seem too long to bear? Imagine u had to keep ur eye on ur clock whole day to see how evening downs on u,dnt u think the day will seem so long? Keep urself busy my brother,life does not depend on cic,am sure u can even give up on cic if the need arises,the most important thing is that by the close of 2015 cic would have finished tormenting u and allowed u to pass,so relax and get urself busy with ur normal and circular activities,visit here from time to time to check on others and u will see the miracle bro

MoH1979 I am so sorry to hear that but don't lose hope. I am yet to order notes and I decided it is best to just leave it to God and continue with my day to day life and make the best of things. Don't worry, we will all hear good news soon. 2015 will be a great year for us all.

I order the notes so I can stay ahead of the game and see if they need more proof or a new police certificate or whatever, but since they haven't started, I guess I'll wait now It'll be sweet when it's all over

My wife who is in Accra is moving to a new house, what's the best way to let CIC know of the address change? email ? or should we send them a letter by mail?

Any way I can do it online?

U dnt really have to notify cic about this change since our home addresses doesn't really work in Ghana,she can use the old address for everything and nothing will be sent there but if u still want to do that it's not a problem
