We are worried. We have not gotten any acknowledgement letter from them. Are there people in this situation pls should tell us their experiences and and the way forward if any.

Hello. I don't know if this msg of mine may help but I personally received my 1st response after 7 months and that was only because I had my spouse to check on on IRCC.
At this stage I believe your process hasn't yet been transferred to AccraVO and prolly still at the Case Processing side at NS. So I will suggest you send a msg via webform to IRCC saying that you want to confirm they do have your file and an AOR if possible. This what my wife did after 7 months and they did give us an update and sent our file to ACCRA VISA OFFICE.

Hello Everyone,
Please I need help on something I saw in my GCkeys. I did my medicals sometimes mid April. It was completed and submitted the next day. I confirmed with the center and I was given the print out that showed it was completed and the date it was submitted. Few weeks after, my update change to We did not receive the results of your medical examination. Check details below........ . Please I just want to know why this happened or if theres an issue with my medical examination. Thanks anticipation.

Thank you so much for your fast reply. I am grateful.

Please do you advise that I inform Accra via web form that I am currently in Canada as a visitor?
So does that mean I will not need to submit my passport?
Please what are the instructions? Please can you kindly advise.

I am a newbie so a bit confused, hence my many questions. Thanks for your help

Yes you should submit a change of address that you are in canada.

The way they are doing this is changing so since you have some time ahead of you, follow along here.

Thank you for the response. I was instructed to send directly to their visa office in Accra Ghana which I did. And again, how do I raise a web form to know if my application was received. Thank you
What? Who instructed you to send what to the Accra office?

I am a dependent of a protected person so when my spouses got his PR we were instructed to sub our application directly to Visa office Accra
Never heard of this and don't understand. Perhaps in the asylum / protected persons part of the forum others would know, this doesn't sound like spousal sponsorship.

Hello there, yh I also believe the best move is to update AVO via a webform about your current location. This might prompt them to send you to the closest VAC around you to submit your passport. Hopefully the transfer of the final step don't take too long.

Personally if this was me, with my case in Accra, once I received the PPR to submit my passport I would return to ACCRA ASAP and provide my passport for the final stages since this where it was processed.

As for that last stage it can't be skipped, in a sense that even if you had done an inland process in Canada you would still submit passport for the residency visa status. So being there would imply that you would definitely submit it either to ACCRA as they say or prompt them and they transfer it to the closest VAC next to you for submission.

Just My Thoughts bro.

Sure thing bro, first of all this is the link to submit a webform to the AVO on accra to check on your file.

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/(X(1)S(dolxfi2woppswbgxt4ajz5va))/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=accra&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1&wbdisable=true

From your information and response from their side looks like they have already transferred your file to Accra but they did not or skipped the process of informing you.

However you can still submit a webform to confirm your case being in ACCRA.

From reading your other comments I also got confused just as @armoured is confused. But I hope this really helps you.
