I got a mail that it's been dispatched from ircc to Canada visa office

I got a mail that my decision envelope has been dispatched from the IRCC office. And I guess that's my passpoort

I haven't collected it back, I just got the message yesterday and that's about 3weeks now

We sent the first request via a webform on September 28. The second and third request was sent early November to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and



They replied my husband they wont attend to us unless we use web form. This same web form was used severally.

Similar situation with VFS Accra, online showed Decision made : Approved Since Nov 13, 2020. Tracking number still showed IRCC has my passport.

Sorry for the late reply.. The anxiety is getting too much regarding this application. I passed my medical on 7th October 2020 and since then, I'm yet to get further update. God will help us

No they don't, but your ECAS would change to 'Application Received' under the PA side then should change back to 'In Process' after a while.

Please who know the direct way to include new born in ones application. Have been on it since August and their response is always contact centralized intake office which have done with web form still no response.
