Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature explain why you lived at two different address, one in Germany and the other in Philippines

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from Germany

Hello guys. Pls I am in need of urgent help.
I was requested by the visa office in Accra Ghana, they asked for additional documents, which is my police clearance and my CSQ. I alresdy did my medicals but it's not yet uploaded on ECAS.
I have been trying to upload the documents via the online submission under case enquired but after attaching the documents, its states that SITE CAN'T BE REACHED. Pls what other option can I use to send them the documents cuz I was giving 30days frfrom this moment. Pls.. Do I have to go to vfs office in lagos to submit it for them to send it to Accra, or I have to send it my self to them via courier. Or what's the option pls.my wife alresdy send to me a scanned copy of my CSQ.
