For some strange reasons I never received ARO1. I just got SA approval email on May 1. File transferred to AVO on May 4 and AVO started processing on May 15. Thanks.

December 2017 was our worst month, receiving news that our application was denied and there was a 5-year ban in place. Praise God - yesterday morning (Dec 3, 2018), PPR email came in! We are almost done!
