I am still waiting for an email from MVO because my twins have been already residing in Canada.

Hello everybody, my child's PR application package returned due to a missing document, after a wait of 5 months. I am going to resubmit the application again. Meanwhile was thinking of applying TRV also parallely as the PR process for my 1 year old child.
I checked online to apply TRV. The forms to fill are:
IMM5257 - application for Visitor Visa
IMM5645 - Family Information
Rest are supporting documents. Can anybody who applied TRV please help me here with the following:
1) Please confirm if the above are the only 2 forms to fill for dependant child below 18 years?
2) In Form IMM5257, I have put the Purpose of Visit as Family Visit. It is asking how long you plan to stay i.e. dates, what do we put here as the child is intended to stay for long
3) For signature, do we have to printout, sign it and then upload?
4) In supporting docs, it is asking for Proof of Financial Resource of Supporter and Proof of Means of Financial Support. Both will be same document right i.e. the proof of funds document?
5) For Purpose of Travel, can someone share a sample letter as the purpose is to take the child to Canada while the PR is being processed? Anybody who got TRV can you please share the letter?
6) Do we have to upload any other letter in Optional documents?

Mine is also Application Received since many weeks. Not sure what's going on...
Did not received any VO transfer letter.

My husband and I are sponsoring 4 children. we submitted application for the 2 eldest August 2020 and the 2 youngest (twins) February 2021.
March 17th we received medical request for the 2 youngest sent in Feb then we called IRCC to ask about the other 2 application they advised us they are being processed time can not be determined..
the day before medical March 29 we actually received SA and medical request for 2 oldest sent in August. well it was too late to have all 4 complete medical together as the office was now fully booked.
within a few day we received medical passed for 1 of the twins and the other is still outstanding. the 2 oldest have medical coming up.
I check status and noticed twins PA status changed from in Process to Application Received. anyone else had this change?

i saw application received in ECAS today. Medical was passed on March 9. Are you done with medical as well and then it changed to Application received ?
