Oh okay, I guess it's case to case. An acquaintance of mine applied for his family the 4th week of November 2019, got their medical done on the 27th of December, request for passport on the 2nd of January, they will be landing here on March 22nd.

Processing time according to the visa office takes 11 months. Patience.... Thank you for responding.

Thats wonderful. Do you know the process to extend the TRV stay in case PR processing takes time.

Received PPR on 2nd March. 2 days after DM.

AOR : Nov 1, 2019
Sponsorship approval : Nov 15, 2019
Medical Request : Jan 22, 20
Medical done : Jan 27, 20
Still awaiting for the next step.. It says on the timeline that medical results have been received. Do I have the same timeline as you guys have? I felt like my application suddenly froze. I hope not. I'm getting anxious actually

We almost have the same timeline. Yes after medical no update on my online application status. But I received email that application has been transferred to Visa office. I got pre arrival January 22 no update yet. If i check my application online the last update was medical received. Just keep checking your email. I missed the email for my son's biometric which was sent before the medical request so our visa office remind me of it January , that might delay the process of my son's application. But just be patient.

Congratulations!!! So happy for you. I would like to share that i received a change in application status from "in progress" to "decision made". What is the timeline usually for MVO?

Cantex20, thank you for responding. From what I have been reading, it can take up 2-3 months before the decision is made. Which visa office are you if you don't mind me asking?
