My daughter’s file was transferred to Mexico on February 3, received an email saying it was transferred. The status of her application online yesterday changed from in process to application received. What does that mean and what’s the next step. Thanks in advance.

No. You don't need to upload anything. You need to send them via post. Please go through this thread.

Hello everyone, does any cases in HKVO got progress since Feb. 2020? We submitted additional documents to HKVO in Jan. 2020 but still not got signature of delivered.
I am so worried about the case is delayed by the Virus issue in HK, because in the HKOV's email, they mentioned the required documents should be received within 30 days.

I saw your timeline. May I know if which visa office are you in?
This process is too stressful! Every now and then keep checking my email and application status.
