@DFARGHALY88 Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. I called IRCC today and they said they made a mistake.... That's really ridiculous! It doesn't make any sense. However the agent said she would fix it up so I need to wait for another weeks or months... really time-consuming process.Hi @Agnes8181... I really wish I could help u with this but I really dunno what to do in this situation.. i hope someone hear can offer some advice from experience.. I know its frustrating but it's great that u submitted a webform and that they responded to u as well.. my modest advice would be to keep trying to reach them over the phone and also to wait for them to contact u as it has just been updated on August 26th.. maybe give them time to respond.. I wish I could be more helpful and I'm sorry u r in this stressful situation.. all I can say is I feel ur pain, frustration and confusion.. Hoping and Praying that ur case gets resolved and that maybe there has been a mistake..
