We received the AOR, but we are unable to link the application to online account. Is the applicant in the linking page the sponsor and primary applicant the child? Any pointers is much appreciated!

Thanks!

The applicant will link the application. The below link has some details how to link the application.

Thank you. What do the check in medicals for a baby? I read that they do not do blood test or chest x-ray for children under 15 years. Is it true?

Another question. I am planning to take my son for annual flu shot tomorrow. Should I have to wait for few days before going for medicals.

No They will not do blood work or chest X-ray. Just regular physical test for kids. I dont think flue shot will affect babies medical but better to wait for flue shot.

Sponsorship approval and Medical request received today. Good news !
but the issue is when applied my 2 old daughter was with me in Candada but couple of weeks back she travelled to home country (because of 6 months max stay - visa issue).
The medical request says "Your medical examination must be performed by a doctor from the IRCC list of Panel Physicians. The list of Panel Physicians to find a doctor in your area " and get report in IMM1017E. It does't say i should complete only in Canada so just go and complete medical in one of the listed hospital in home country or should i report change in living location to IRCC?
Suggestions are highly appreciated.

Did you daughter got visa only for 6 months or they gave a stamp on the passport stating the expiry of the resident permit. I believe you could have applied for an extension of stay. She could have staying while the extension application in process (called implied status).

Since she already traveled to your home country, you can do the medicals at the listed panel physician. Also you must report to IRCC about the change in living location.

Sure ... Do we get medical report signed by the doctor or it will be directly report to CIC from hospital ? In my case its supposed to come to Candada office not to New Delhi . Any idea on this ?

wondering if they issue PPR on December? June applicant here. no update. received Pre arrival services for my 2 children last September after that no movement. still in progress.

Hospital will directly send the report to IRCC. You can ask for a copy for your records. When I did the medicals of my son, they asked me to confirm the address. I believe they may send the report to the office based on the address on file. This is my guess. You can check at the hospital.

Hello friends,
need information on my query!

I had applied trv for my baby and brought him along to Canada in Feb 2018. Applied for his trv extension which got approved, during which cic asked for e-medicals of our baby and so we got the e-medicals done in August 2018 and submitted to cic.

meanwhile, we also applied for his PR sponsorship in July 2018. Received AOR in november and sponsorship approval in december.
we then received the e-medicals request once again from cic for our son.

not sure how to proceed, we visited the panel physician. they say that since we already got it done in aug, we can upload the copy of the same for PR application. So I sent the copy of e-medical to cic through the webform. they replied me stating that they received the e-medicals and will be forwarding it to the concerned office.

My question is, how and when would I know whether they accepted the e-medicals that I sent? Would it be updated on my cic account?
and in case they dont accept it, would they send me a mail or message to say that I need to get it done again? I'm a bit confused now, and worried as well.

I think, different visa offices follow different steps in processing, comparing with other applicants from your local visa office, may help you to predict your situation.

Me,my wife already on PR and in process of filing sponsorship for my US born son. We moved to Canada recently. I have filled these forms...
Application to sponsor - IMM5481, Sponsorship Evaluation - IMM5481 ,Generic Application form - IMM0008
Addl Family information - IMM5406 and Dependant Checklist (IMM5534)

I have couple of doubts below and would really appreciate if you can guide/provide suggestions:
(i) Sponsorship Evaluation form - Net Income : can we simply mentioned net income of both (US and Canada) combine for past 12 months (as I don't have option C or NA for Canada yet)? Do we need to provide paystubs as proof?
(ii) Schedule A (IMM 5669)- is it required for minors? (can't fill for my toddler son because it asks for required education information). So in the Checklist (IMM 5534) can we leave it blank or mark N/A for Schedule-A?
(iii) The application package needs to be sent to Mississauga location or Sydney location?
(iv) Has anyone applied for US visitor visa extension for there kid and any idea how long that process/approval will take?

Thanks !!
