Which one is better dhl or fedex.

And i have prepare 2 separate files for my twin daughters so i need to send both files separately or should i put 2 fles in 2 separate envelope but send them in one courier so that cic know that both r twin sister and processed together. I have paid 300 cad in one receipt.

Here is our timeline for an infant son:
App received - 5 June 2018
AOR - 12 July 2018
Medical req - 20 July 2018
Medical done - 5 Aug 2018
Sent to Vienna VO / started processing - 21 August 2018
App approved/pre-arrival letter - 14 Nov 2018
Waiting for PPR.

My son is in Canada but app was still sent to Vienna VO.

App received - 11 July 2018
AOR - 9 November 2018
Medical req - 14 November 2018

2. Acknowledgment- receipt of application(s) on July 24, 2018.
3. Application processing started on July 23, 2018.
4. Sponsorship approval July 23, 2018
5. Medical passed August,2018
   
6. A letter sent today November 20, 2018 I don't what the letter is, I hope it's something good. Has anyone received a letter based on a similar timeline as mine?

It seems is the pre arrival/approval letter. Check tocanadawego post, you have almost the same timeline. Congrats!

We received the AOR, but we are unable to link the application to online account. Is the applicant in the linking page the sponsor and primary applicant the child? Any pointers is much appreciated!
