It will not going to possible now if you are pre june,10 applicants as they have processed till 20.03.10 cases & working on last week of March,10 cases.

They are processing on the basis of FTD. Mine is 30.03.10 & still RBVO.

Now a days In process doesn't mean that yr case is in process. Actually they open yr file as per BFD & tagged a new BFD on it then they put it in queue for further process.

They are migrating data to GCMS so whatever they update in yr file( like address change, tagged new BFD, any update from yr side etc.) it will show In process....so relaxed.... & wait for another 2 to 3 months....

I have got a call from HR department of my organization which is based out of Delhi (I works in Delhi) that they have received reference check about me from Canada high commission. So, HR guy was inquiring from me as what is this all about? When I asked more details as what high commission is confirming then HR person refused to give.

Does any one is having this experience? What do they check from HR?

What would you think the benefits you would have got for taking forward the other applicants.

Are you immigrating alone? (with no family)
Are you not married?
No dependents?

My file transfer date is 15th June 2010. Hope to see some change in my e-CAS status real soon. You status change made me very excited.

I GOT MY PASSPORTS BACK TODAY, WAS REALLY HAPPY WHEN I GOT A CALL FROM POSTMAN, BUT THEN AGAIN IT IS ND CHC . I GOT LETTER SAYING THAT PLEASE RENEW YOUR PASSPORT AS YOUR PHOTO IS VERY OLD AND WE CANNOT STAMP VISA ON IT. IT JUST DELAY OF ANOTHER ONE MONTH . I HAVE TRAVELLED TO MORE THEN FIFTEEN COUNTRIES AND NEVER HAD PROBLEMME WITH PHOTO . BUT WHAT CAN I DO BUT TO WAIT. :'(
