It's always good to hear abt. progress in our NOC, bro I am sure that ur change is genuine given the fact that u had applied before also, hence all ur checks/verification etc. must have been done already, however the rest of us will have to wait for the status to change from RBVO, I guess ???

Hi Destination..

As I mentioned in another thread...seems CHC,ND has gone into a topsy turvy spin all of a sudden.
Files are being picked up in random(?) and there is no method to it.
Has anyone mailed CHC,ND regarding this?Would CHC,ND reply?

Could it be that processing is going as follows:
Assuming there are 5000 applicants.
And CHC,ND has 20 VOs. Files are picked up in random and distributed amongst them.
Every VO has his own speed of processing, so some later files are worked..and some previous files are not worked.

Is this scenario possible?

i guess,my file moved 'in process' earlier than others because my first application last year got rejection due to difference of $100 only and all other norms were adequately met with.

This can be the reason only if they and put your file on pending due to the money clause if they had rejected it on 100$ account then it was treated as new.
