what does this date Imply 3/2/2011 in global SC File is the CHC going to start processing on this date

This means VO will open his file on 3/2 ...but nothing about when he will be able to make PSDEC i.e paper screening decision.

Me and some other applicant got caipsnotes we submitted full documents in april 2010

Mine caips says PPS and his caips says PA and we submitted papers on same time.

Your CAIPS has confused me ....
it says that they have requested medicals (means they have requested medical unit to prepare your Section A)
on the other side they havent filled your points . What is your next BFD btw?

CAIPS has nothing to do with Immigration officer ..CAIPS requests are processed by privacy coordinator

CAIPS WILL NOT EFFECT YOU APPLICATION OF PR OR TIMELINES.
