Thread 1111 and 0111 who have submitted docs in delhi CHC Only 2010

We put all our progessive tasks aside when we decide for immigration, but am furious the way we are handled and treated, if it was to take such a long time, atleast they shld have informed earlier, NOT AFTER WAITING 1.3 years
I dont understand why they accepted fresh apps??????????????

u r right that we have gone through the torture of waiting for more than a year and now we are getting this news of more wait.
they accepted new applications because of new occupations demand in canada. and in 2009 and 2010, they admitted UNIMAGINABLE applicants from NOC's that are now no longer in the list ( like 0111, 1111, 0213, 4131 etc ). this is the reason that the year 2010 was a RECORD year for canada in terms of ADMITTING NEW PERMANENT RESIDENTS, they broke their own record of admitting new permanent residents in 60 years. just imagine that. if u would have applied in 2009, then u would be enjoying now in canada.
new delhi is the fastest visa office, because they gave an applicant DOGLOVER, pr visa in 4 months flat.
its all about destiny.
i would say don't lose heart and do not withdraw, maybe we could be accommodated in next year's quota

@ amit...if u r jwithdrawing ur application just because of ur frustrations..then i will suggest not to withdraw and stay with it. Ur patience will definitely pay.

I Would like to present a suggestion for all pre-26 june applicants to approach their near n dear ones living in Canada to exercise their right to information Act in Canada at a very small fees of $5. They can ask for the reason for delay in our processing and further plan of CIC to how they will handle our applications. here is the link for that form : http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/tbsf-fsct/350-57-eng.asp this is the address where they have to mail this form. I think that this is a great idea, but do you really need more than one request? They will all say the same thing and all you are looking for is one answer.

I went to the site to download the form, but it says that the form cannot be downloaded. I'm not sure why - too much traffic?

Anyone else tried and got the form? You can fill it out on-line which is great rather than having to fill it out by hand.

Looking forward to updates on this and sorry I could not personally get access.
