Dear BB,

Though I hate to give unsolicited advice, but still could not resist writing that to hold on your urge to withdraw from Canadian PR process. It is very easy. So, meanwhile do not take this drastic step unless you land in Australia get settled etc. There is a proverb saying that do not throw dirty water till you have clean. What about the other adage ' Never break your bridges for who knows you are heading to a dead end and would want to return, God forbid!

Please take the above positively!

i can understand your situation. my suggestion is DON'T WITHDRAW YOUR CANADIAN PR APPLICATION. PROCEED WITH YOUR AUSTRALIAN PLANS. IN THE FUTURE IF U GET CANADA PR, U WILL HAVE 2 CHOICES TO MIGRATE TO. BY WITHDRAWING U WILL JUST GET THE REFUND BACK, NOT THE TIME WHICH HAS BEEN WASTED BY THEM. THINK ABOUT IT.
EVEN I AM PLANNING TO GO TO AMERICA FOR FURTHER STUDIES. IN THE FUTURE IF I GET CANADA PR, THEN I WILL HOP AND JUMP FROM AMERICA TO CANADA. ITS THAT SIMPLE. SO DO NOT WITHDRAW THE APPLICATION. JUST FORGET ABOUT IT AND SIMPLY FLY TO AUSTRALIA

I guess now if I went to Australia, it will create many troubles to complete the process of Canadian PR like medicals, sending PP and then again wait....and god knows at that time if canadian VO take adverse stand against my Australian PR then at that time nothing will be in my hands even not my processing fee.

they replied " from the date on which u recieved our reply" ........ ??? ??? ???

don't withdraw the application. just forget about it and look for other oppurtunities or destinations. if u get medicals by this year end, then next year u could be in canada, because every year canada has a quota for new immigrants that they have to fulfill. so, if not this year, then next year

If you have validity of 3-4 months of your austrialia entry, wait for that period, else you move there and get your case shifted to Australia. I think it can be done, so you dont at least lose an opportunity to go to Australia. Whatever happens to Canada, is a thing of the future.

I really appreciate ur suggestions...but i guess Change of VO is not allowed.Moreover in Australia it could be difficult to prove my job duties currently performing.

I guess even they dont hv an answer for this Ques.

hope u r rejoicing about it.

You are supposed to land in Aus and complete the formalities within 12 mths, correct me if im wrong.

you got time which u can give to CAN. VO, who knows u get lucky here as well.

in some way, Aus PR also proves u hv the skills and exp. needed for the NOC code.
