Currently PPR1 is comming after 15 days of medicals , and from date of medicals with in 60 days , visa is issued.

Dudes, do not confuse the two things. The rules mentioned were related to "Citizenship Qualification". Those are not related to maintaining PR. If you just want to maintain PR then the requirement for that is still the same, means spending 2 years out of 5 in Canada. That will enable you to apply for another PR after current one expires. However, you won't be able to apply for Citizenship unless you fulfill the new requirements for the citizenship application (outlined in the Bill C-24).

Today received an email from CHC london that please submit 490$ for RPRF.
I have sent my passport to CHC Islamabad for visa and is waiting to get my passport back and CHC London is looking to make money.
Wrote them back that I have already paid at the time time of updated document request.

CHC london ka bhi koi aik masla nehi hai. pura jinjal pura hai.

I emailed for medical appointment on 25th July, 2014, but did not get any response till today. I called on the number too, but a tape was running and saying that "send me an email".
