Hey guys i have been asked to submit all my PCC + POF n 16th October in 30 days time, but due to some personal circumstances i was unable to so i asked my VO DSX to grant me some extension, he grant me with additional 30 days means my deadline to submit the docs is 16th December 2013 - Alhamdulillah i have submitted all docs on 12th Dec and was already received by LVO HQ today. hope to get the update soon.

New Schedule A Background/ Declaration form listing your full personal history (Question 8) and address history (Question 12) from the age of 18 to date with no gaps
New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18
Medical examinations. The required forms have been issued in a separate email

I took an appointment for 19-Dec-2013 (IOM Karachi), please advise if any thing could be helpful for me.

problem cases = security problem, form filing problem, country visited , some time name similarty etc. but still it is OK just delays and not refuses. nekeol

P.s: wow. LVO (unlike last year) is STILL working thora bohat in mid of DEC...good hai. Let's hope they just take 25/26 DEC off (as per their holiday calender), and keep working otherwise...

Interesting thing in their 2014 holidays: they have not mentioned the holiday of Canada Day : 1st JULY....(which is the National Day of Canada and is generally a holiday every year)...Instead, they added something called a Civc Holiday : 4 Aug.... chalo, koi gul nai
