Thoz who got 6-12 months wait letter

Dear Friends,

Today I was going through the photocopies of the updated documents which were sent in March,13 and found following severe mistakes.
1. Application form was not signed.
2. Date of birth of brother was wrong.

Please suggest what should I do?? Should I send these two forms again fter 7 months? Please guide I'm very upsent afetr finding these mistakes.

Bro, relax, they want to confirm his presence in Canada currently. If he is a citizen, he must be having some allowance or atleast he has some account where he made some deposits etc.... Think of something, like his medical tests, prescriptions as if payslips etc. does not exist as he is retired, so you should provide what retired people have in canada....

I dont think so that you can claim points for other relative now... Others, please comment and help him.....

dear arsh vai, thanks so much for your advice, i feel more calm now, yes i already talked to him, and he will provide at-least a bank statement, and also he will try for tax returns, if he cant, i will ask for medical tests or prescriptions, thanks a lot again for helping me out, i was getting freaked out yesterday

But where do you see the E- file no??? does this appear in medical request?

Yesterday the email I received from cic had this no. Last time when I got reply to my csi on 8 oct that email had the no starting frm B.

Dear friends last nite I sent an email to my VO regarding the queries I posted here and m amazed to get such a quick response. Just now got an answer. He has sent me the immigrant summary form and also asked me to send my birth certificate as well, after getting one made now.

Second thing does not matter ......if your application was not signed they will ask you again for fresh application form .......if you did this mistake in updated documents .......if someone make this first mistake in initial app .........his app must be returned considering as incomplete .......do not worry you are safe ......

Another week is ending.... nothing from LVO yet :'(

Today TCS has delived all my originals documents. last year when CIC sent the 6-12 months wait letter + eligibility positive review....their letter also mentioned that they had sent my originals back to me with the letter which actually they did'nt.....i needed my nikahnama so sent them an emai last month for it plus all originals if they did not need any for further processing.....the documents recieved to day include all original ref/work letters, Nikahnama, all birth certificates and my boss's visiting cards as well.......there is also a note hand written by visa officer....

hope the medicals would happen this month

Inshaullah.... but I got such bunch 1 year back and I had to pay PKR.3500 to DHL Services, after that i got 18 months wait letter then B-E then nothing till yet.
