We got medical forms couple of days ago but our address on forms is very old. It is the address when we submitted documents. Can anyone see any problem with this or it should be ok? If its not ok, do we need to inform LVO about this?

I got the medical forms with old address. I sent an e-mail to LDNIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca regarding old address.
reply was as below...

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your message. You may proceed to complete the medical examinations using the forms that have been issued to you. You may amend the addresses on the forms yourself.

Got this response from LVO on CSE;

Your application is in process or waiting to be reviewed by an immigration officer. No further action is required by you at this time.

you are right they will start to issue MR from Monday again. you are February 18M waiter, you should get it first as so many from feb 18M got mr already, they have started from February up to August to issue 18M letters, so you and others from February will get it first and then they will proceed up to August. LVO has taken 6/7 months to issue MR from 18m letter date,hopefully they will continue this trend for us 18m holders, best of luck.

Thank you. I don't think I need to send e-mail. I don't think it is important. I am surprised to see that they had these forms on their file for long time. However they did not send me these for a long time due to unknown reasons.

Best thing is to check with the bank you have account. If you go to any other bank they might charge you extra.
