Wat I'm saying is "I feel everyone s file has been shifted from B to E, even the ones who did not receive the conversion Email (they will find out when they get medical or order caips/gcms)....I know 3 people who never got this email, but found out through medical that they have E file....two r from OCT UDR group, and one is zeeshan (18 month holder)....lots of people with E-file are still waiting for MR....so its just that when your file gets picked (like a lucky draw), nothing else.....they r not even following FULL DOCS submission date....as most of OCT udr people have been skipped and they have started givin medical to 18 month holders...

one of the OCT UDR people msged me in June 2013 that he got E-file number, he found out when he ordered caips but got gcms instead.....he s been waiting for MR since then.....even "mian g" got E-file in july 2013, and is from OCT udr, and still waiting for MR....anyways...mitti pao...jis ko MR ana hai, ussay aa jaye ga, E-file email or not afterall, its not wat I or anyone else thinks now too late for that...from now onwards, its all "luck apni apni"

Check your medical IME forms...it will have your E wala application number: E0001****......and your MR e-mail subject must have your B-file number, right ??

Even the ones who have E-file also have B-file number....I know someone who got E-file email, then got MR, and the MR email mentions the B-file number, but medical form mentions E-file number...I think same is the case with arsh/zeeshan...we still have that B-file number and will have that till end.....E-file is an additional "application number" generated when we get shifted from caips to gcms......anyways...may be I'm wrong...who cares E-file or not, just pray we all get MR..

He is very right, Dont check only the subject of mail from LDN, your e number is on your medicals.....

This is exactly wat I'm saying...people, who did not get the "E" walee email, don't even know that they have E-application number (like you+zeeshan, many others). They find out when they carefully see the medical IME form or order gcms this E number is "application number".....our "file number" is still the same that starts with B..

Basically, now WE ALL have 3 things:

UCI: 623****
Application number: E0001****
File number: B053*******

I sent my recent caips to one lawyer in Canada who told that your case is completed in all respect but visa office put on hold for administrative reasons. This is very frustrating for me becoz am the oldest applicant on forum and still waiting for visa. If I will not get any response till October, 13, I will write to program manager first than file case in Canadian court. There is apprehension, if application is not tagged for issuence of visa in 2014 quota than it can be delayed till 2015 for the reason that our profession is not in demand that's why they are treating us as liability.

Bro dont loose hope inshALLAH we will be getting medical in this october. Since the strike has ended I personally feel that the administrative reasons mentioned in caips will also be solved. Keep your morale high and your turn is just about to come.

This is sad but the only thing that I could think of is they putting your case on hold for NOC quota
If that is the case you will get your visa in jan 2014

I met with someone here in Toronto who is a landed immigrant and was active on this thread some time back before his immigration.

He was referring to this thread and about the delay of your (sibbi) case as example. He was of the view that you applied as a vocational instructor, your photo is appearing on institutions' website as instructor but the confirmation of your experience letter wasn't satisfactory when check was done! That's how you are put on hold till detailed verification by ECU.

My advise to you is that - pl check is this the real reason? If not then ignore my reply otherwise work out to resolve this issue; means send CIC the required proof to satisfy VO requirement.
