sorry to add this but it is showing 1729 USD per person- i checked from November2013 till March 2014

You have checked it in the wrong class. What you are referring to is the "Premium Guest" class which is i guess equivalent to first class where as what i have quoted are the fares of "Guest" class. Check it again and you will find it US $ 701 from all destinations either Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.
