But we both are wishing for Aug, should be positive for all of us.

U can write my name bro I don't mind....(Assuming u re talkin about me, since both u and arsh are SURE we ll get MR in aug 2013)....I know LOGICALLY/according to BFD, we should get something in Aug 2013.....but pata nahi...."For 18 month people getting MR in aug 2013, don't know why, but dil hai ke maanta nahi" maybe coz they have given us LARA so many times, that we expect it now chalo...Allah kare KUCH to aa jaye, even if its rprf/pcc.....but kuch to movement ho in aug 2013...I'm as desperate as anyone to get it soon, as we re already SO late...almost nearing 3 years with full docs and no MR...sigh....agur na aya MR in aug 2013, then I'm applyin for a peon/tea boy job in SMSH 's office in middle east after all, tea-maker is also a skilled worker

you are not the only one, we all are skilled worker ....how much effort we are doing to follow up our case, if CIC get to know then they must send us the MR by next month...
You know there is a say in islam keh mazloom ki bad dua say bacho....now we poor guys MI-1 are really mazloom and hanging since +3 years and no confirmation yet...
what will happen next....my hope are high and logically MR will start from August which means approx. 6 months will pass from 18 months UDR and then 12 months remaining and Medical and PCC is valid for 12 months which complete 18 months, however, there is a possibility that some of will be lucky to get Visa in Q1 of next year and rest will in Q2 & Q3 and this 18 months time will be over....they did not say that they will start MR after 18 months but decision will be made in 18 months which means Visa....So just in few days this all prediction will clear us max by end of August and we can estimate outcome of our individual cases....
May Allah accept our all prayers with His Fazal during the holy month of Ramadan....as we are mazloomeen in this case....and others applied after us are already in Canada....

Also one more thing that Allah accept that Dua so fast of a person who do dua for others in their absence, So please please keep on praying for each other......

Can you see any clue in your CAIPS/GCMS that what could be the next step....
pls do thorough scan and share if you find any thing new in latest CAIPS/GCMS

I agree with you but the 18 month holders will be done by 2nd Q and they will finished the rest who are still waiting for UDR in 3rd Q plus the new MI's as Kenney mentioned that MI-1 is ahead of the new MI

Brother, the Kenny was a history. The new instructions would be based upon new minister. Whether he prioritize new application or go with the old instruction. But I wish for the old one!
