Total 65 points for me

and for wife without Bachelors degree based on Intermediate i get 3 points and this will make the total of 68 points. Am I right on this?

According to my understanding (I may be wrong), For spouse:

FA: 0 points (I think)
Bachelors: 3 points
Masters : 4 points
Phd : 5 points

I don't think u re safe with her being FA...that's why RIH has emailed u....why would he email u if u were safe !!! I'd suggest u better prove she s BA....rest upto u...

P.s: it is very weird...point assemnet AGAIN at this stage...man, this process isn't done n safe till u have visa....mental torture hai.

I got the wait letter for 18 months on Mar 14, 2013 along with the submission of new forms; i submitted them in May 2013; On June 20 got the email to resubmit by police clearence as the old one submitted was in June 2010 and considered expired.

Does any one else got the same requirement of re submission of PCC after 18 month letter.

This is something new for 18 months wait letter holder.. I myself being a holder of 18 months letter didnt received a request like that.

From which country did you apply?

after getting 18 months letter, they are still verifying.....very odd and strange...are we all going to get new verification???

This is the thing I was discussing with zeeshan !!! Is this another "JDmismatch" type excuse to reduce further backlog or is this just ONE case ??? Only time will tell...

I think they mentioned in wait letter that the application is subject to verfication deemed necessary.

I have seen on this forum people who applied for CAIPS from other threads have sometimes 3 sections mentioned on their CAIPS. These are 15, 16 & 19.

Section 15 deals with security checks and 19 with personal information ( if someone is claiming relative points). But if 16 is appearing this means they are still verifying education and work experience claims.

I am not sure whether anyone from us (6 to 12 months waiter) received CAIPS with section 16 after receiving wait letter?

The problem is not over yet..............

i think if you have 17 years master degree than you will get 5 points... 16 master or Bachelors degree 4 points

but again no one can confirm how many points CHC will give him....

That's wat I noticed too....he's the ONLY 18 month waiter who got PCC request after UDR.

But at the moment, the real scare is the "points re-calculation drama"....so nobody commented on this.
